After dealing former Mendenhall Toyota your guys in Service Dept. is lot better.. The only downfall for I was in needed to new tires for my 2019 Camry but it turn you didn't have the tires in stock.. Couldn't wait where I live in Ketchikan....

Friendly staff and great customer service. I took my 4runner to the service department and they accommodated me as soon as they have cancellation that same day. My glove box was fixed and I was able to get the safety lug nut inside the glove box. Luis Llamas was very accommodating and friendly.

Great improvement at Toyota Service over the previous owners. Their techs did a thorough job of inspecting our car and found some problems, including a serious problem that had been overlooked before. The front desk staff clearly described the problems and our options to me, and updated me daily on progress getting the parts to Juneau and when the repair would be finished. It's never fun to have to get a car repaired but this was much, much smoother than under previous management. Hope they keep it up!
